Q What is a 'Drop' and how does it work? |
|
We release our in-house-designed products in limited capsule drops rather than maintaining permanent open stock. Each drop is tied to a specific chapter or cultural story. Once a drop sells out, it's gone — we don't restock. This keeps our pieces rare, intentional, and worth owning. |

Q Will sold-out items be restocked? |
|
Generally, no. Limited drops are core to our brand philosophy. However, we occasionally release updated versions of archive pieces in future drops. The best way to never miss a drop is to join our email waitlist. |

Q What graphic styles does Klaude Global use? |
|
Our custom graphics are architectural and understated — think faded city maps, vintage coordinates, structural line art, and worn typographic prints. Every graphic is designed to feel discovered rather than designed — like it existed before the brand did. |
SIZING & FIT

Q How do Klaude Global pieces fit? |
|
Most of our tops are cut oversized or slim-boxy — intentionally relaxed without being shapeless. Our bottoms are relaxed-tapered or wide-leg. Each product page includes a detailed size guide and fit description. When in doubt, size down for a more structured look, or stay true to size for the full oversized effect. |

Q What sizes are available? |
|
Our collection may be available in XS through XXL across most apparel pieces. Headwear and accessories are One Size unless noted otherwise. Lifestyle objects have no size options. |

Q Do you offer plus sizes? |
|
We are committed to expanding our size range. Currently, we offer XS–XXL, and we plan to extend to 3XL and beyond with future drops. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when extended sizing launches. |

Q How do I measure myself for the right size? |
|
Use a soft tape measure and refer to the size guide on each product page (if available). Measure your chest, waist, and hips in inches or centimeters. For tops, chest measurement is the primary guide. For bottoms, waist, and hip measurements apply. |

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. |

Q Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? |

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at support@klaudeglobal.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed. |

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes — Klaude Global ships internationally to over 50 countries. We are a globally minded brand, and our logistics reflect that. International shipping times and rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Due to government restrictions, we may be barred from shipping to certain countries. |

Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days via standard shipping. International orders vary by destination — generally 10–20 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. |

Q How much does shipping cost? |
|
Domestic shipping starts at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders over a qualifying threshold qualify for free standard shipping. International rates are calculated at checkout and may include applicable duties and taxes where relevant. |

Q Will I have to pay customs duties on international orders? |
|
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering. |

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email with a live tracking link. You can also track your order at any time via the Track Order page on our website or through the Shop app. |
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q What is your return policy? |

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unused items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Sale items and limited drop pieces are final sale and not eligible for return. To initiate a return, email support@klaudeglobal.com with your order number in the subject line. |

Q How do I exchange an item for a different size? |
|
We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size or type — this is the fastest way to get the right fit or product, especially given our limited stock. Contact us at support@klaudeglobal.com, and we'll guide you through the process. |

Q Who pays for return shipping? |
|
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. |

Q How long does a refund take? |

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. |

Q What materials are used in Klaude Global pieces? |

We typically source products with premium-weight fabrics across all apparel — typically 180gsm for lightweight pieces, 260gsm for midweight graphic tees, and 320gsm for heavyweight hoodies. Fabric composition and weight are listed on each individual product page. |

Q What print techniques do you use? |
|
Our graphics are typically produced using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for detailed graphic tees, tonal embroidery for premium branded details, and vintage-wash finishing to achieve a faded, archive aesthetic. Product pages may specify the technique used for each piece. |

Q How should I care for my Klaude Global pieces? |
|
To preserve print quality and fabric weight, we recommend washing inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or air dry flat. Do not bleach. Iron inside out on low heat. Avoid dry cleaning for graphic pieces. When in doubt, please follow the printed instructions on the garment. |

Q Are your products sustainable? |
|
We are actively working toward more sustainable production. Our Phase 2 outerwear may use recycled fill, and we are exploring certified organic and recycled fabric options for future drops. Sustainability is a core part of our long-term brand roadmap. |

Q How do I shop by price range? |
|
Use the Price filter on any collection page to set a custom price range or select from preset bands: Under $50, $50–$100, $100–$150, and $150+. This maps directly to our collection structure, from entry-level accessories to premium outerwear. |
