How can I place an order?
Please create an account with us first. Then, you may order online, by email, or by fax. Please have the SKU/Product/Item number when placing an order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will update your account with the tracking number if FedEx, USPS, UPS, or other shipping methods are used that have a tracking number. Please remember we do not ship outside the United States.
What is your return and exchange policy for medical supplies?
Only unopened/salable cartons will qualify for return/credit. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all returns shall be shipped prepaid to our warehouse. In addition, returns of freight-paid merchandise are subject to a charge equal to the pro rata share of the original shipping costs. Other terms apply; see our return policy statement.

We do not manufacture medical products; however, we only distribute products from trusted brands in the United States.
Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts for large orders?
Yes. Bulk pricing or discounts for large orders start at US$1,500 per order. We reserve the right to adjust this requirement at any time without notice.
Are there minimum order requirements?
No. There are no minimum order requirements. However, your total order should be over $250.00 to avoid a $20.00 charge. If your order is $1,500 or more, it may qualify for FREE shipping and other discounts.
Do you supply to individuals with or without a prescription?
No. We are not licensed to sell products to individuals. We only distribute to licensed medical professionals, pharmacies, clinics, nursing homes, etc. You may want to check with your local retailer about any desired product.
Can you source specific or hard-to-find medical products?
We will source specific or hard-to-find medical products for an agreed-upon fee. This fee is payable according to our agreed-upon terms and conditions.
